All customer orders are dispatched in a gift box.

 

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will reach you within 14 days of payment. P&P will be charged at cost (£6 for the UK) or free for orders over £100. Overseas orders, special commissions and specific colour requests can also be accommodated but may take a little longer.

Katie will guarantee the quality of her work for 3 years from the date of purchase against any general wear and tear providing a repair or replacement as required.

 

Repairs required outside of this guarantee can be accommodated but there may be a nominal charge to cover costs.
